Senior UX / Product Designer
Ekrocx Technologies is a digital transformation consultancy helping enterprise brands build and scale next-generation commerce, data, and analytics solutions across the GCC and beyond. We partner with leading retailers, CPG companies, and B2B organisations to unlock measurable growth through technology and insight.
By combining deep technical expertise with strategic business understanding, we deliver reliable, scalable solutions that enable our clients to innovate faster, streamline operations, and stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional craft to help enterprise brands reinvent their digital commerce experiences. You'll lead the design of complex, multi-surface product experiences — from research and strategy through to production-ready design systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design for enterprise commerce and data products: B2C storefronts, B2B portals, and internal tools.
- Own end-to-end design process: discovery, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity delivery.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma — component libraries, tokens, and documentation.
- Collaborate with solution architects and frontend engineers to ensure design intent is delivered with fidelity.
- Present and defend design decisions to senior client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Facilitate workshops including journey mapping, service blueprinting, and co-design sessions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to evolving Ekrocx's design practice and standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX / product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or e-commerce work.
- Expert-level Figma skills — components, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Experience designing and maintaining production design systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design principles.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — confident presenting to client executives.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design and micro-interaction patterns (Rive, Lottie).
- Background in service design or CX strategy for retail or CPG brands.
- Familiarity with headless commerce and design-to-code workflows (Storybook, tokens).
- Arabic language skills for GCC-specific localisation projects.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- Flexible working arrangements — remote-friendly with global office access.
- AED 8,000 annual learning and development budget.
- Full health, dental, and vision coverage from day one.
- Access to a senior mentorship network across all disciplines.
- Regular team off-sites, knowledge-sharing sessions, and career reviews.
